Taxes and Duties
All prints are printed and shipped from Canada and the US. Customers outside of Canada and the US are responsible for any import taxes or duties upon arrival. Canadian purchasers are subject to taxes, and are added at checkout.
Free Shipping to Canada and USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Prints shipped to Canadian addresses are fabricated in Canada, while orders bound for the U.S. are made in the USA—ensuring smooth, border-free delivery.
Worldwide shipping available outside of Canada and USA, shipping calculated at checkout.
(Only rolled prints shipped in a tube are available outside of Canada and USA)

Typical lead time 4 working days
Stretched Canvas
Typical lead time 5 working days
Framed Print
Typical lead time is 5-10 working days
Chromalux Metal Print
Typical lead time is 7 working days
·Shipping Time
Shipping time starts after production time is finished and typically takes 2-10 days, depending on location and distance from the print facility. These are average times and may vary in certain cases.
·Returns
In the event of receiving a damaged print, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. A replacement print will be dispatched after the return is processed.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Except for damaged products, all sales are final.
I prioritize the safe arrival of quality products to collectors’ homes by partnering with the Pictorem, whose experience in shipping their products ensures safe delivery of your print, no matter the format.
·Shipments of Original Paintings
Original paintings are shipped from Montreal, Canada.
Professional Handling: Paintings are packaged and dispatched by a professional art shipping company and are fully insured.
Shipping Quote: A shipping quote is required before checkout. Please contact me to obtain a quote. The process is straightforward!
Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties upon arrival. These fees are separate from the painting’s cost and shipping/packing quote.
