Shipping of Prints

All prints are printed and shipped from the UK and Germany.

Time to dispatch from Print Shop is 1-3 business days 

Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Order are dispatched between 1-3 days and shipping is from 5-10 days from the time of dispatch (although shipping time can vary in certain cases).

The prints are fabricated in either the UK or Germany depending on your location. This means there can be import duties even in Canada.

Customers will be responsible for any import taxes and duties upon arrival should there be any.

DHL courier service is used to ship prints.

Shipping time from dispatch is between 2-10 days depending on location and distance from print location. 

These are the average shipping times and in some cases may vary. 

Packaging

Your fine art prints are carefully covered with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds.

Your order is then placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.

Returns

In the event that a customer receives a print that is damaged, please contact me with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the item. This way a return can be made and we can dispatch a new print to you.

Returns must be made within a 30 day period.

My business is predicated on having quality products arrive safely to collectors homes, so it is in my best interest that I use the best printing and shipping companies to make sure deliveries arrive quickly and safely. 

Please understand that other than products arriving damaged, all sales are final.

Customs

Prints are made in state-of-the-art print labs in the United Kingdom & Germany. They ship to the US,UK and EU quickly with no duty or import taxes on arrival. 

 

Shipments of Original Paintings

Paintings ship from Montreal Canada.

Original paintings are packaged and dispatched by a professional art shipping company and are fully insured. 

All paintings require a shipping quote. Without the quote, you will not be able to check out. You will need to get a shipping quote from me before you can check out. It's an easy process!

I would like a shipping quote for an original painting!

There can be duties and import taxes to pay upon arrival. Customers will be responsible to pay for these fees should there be any. These fees are separate from the cost of the painting and packing/shipping quote.

All sales are final.
