Shipping of Prints

All prints are printed and shipped from the US, UK, or Germany.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Framed print orders require up to 10 days to be dispatched.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping typically takes 2-10 days from dispatch, depending on location and distance from the print facility. These are average times and may vary in certain cases.

  • Courier Services: DHL and UPS are used to ship prints.

  • Import Duties: Prints are produced in the US, UK, or Germany based on customer location. Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties upon arrival.

Packaging

  • Fine Art Prints: Prints are carefully wrapped in recyclable tissue paper to prevent scratches or folds. They are then placed in a robust, 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.

  • Framed Art Prints: Framed prints are protected on all sides with recyclable and biodegradable wrapping materials. Strong, recyclable archival foam made from recycled materials is fitted to ensure no damage during transit. Orders are packaged in extra-protective, 100% sustainably sourced, recyclable cardboard ready for dispatch.

Returns

In the event of receiving a damaged print, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. A replacement print will be dispatched after the return is processed.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Except for damaged products, all sales are final.

I prioritize the safe arrival of quality products to collectors’ homes by partnering with the best printing and shipping companies.

Shipments of Original Paintings

Original paintings are shipped from Montreal, Canada.

  • Professional Handling: Paintings are packaged and dispatched by a professional art shipping company and are fully insured.

  • Shipping Quote: A shipping quote is required before checkout. Please contact me to obtain a quote. The process is straightforward!

  • Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties upon arrival. These fees are separate from the painting’s cost and shipping/packing quote.
